New Entrances for SouthFork I and II |
|
You might have noticed the work being done on the Southfork I and II entrances, the improvements we are currently working on are:
- New powder coated steel lettering to replace the old broken painted foam lettering. This will be more durable and appealing sign.
- Landscaped flower beds to replace the old brick flower beds, this will be more appealing and provide a more sustainable environment for a variety of flowers, shrubs and ornamental trees.
- Landscape lights will also provide additional lighting for our entrances and cosmetically appealing as well.
- End caps for the pillars to provide weather protection for the bricks and mortar that has been damaged.
- Automatic sprinkler systems
These will be great improvements to our neighborhood, we are excited to be able to make these things happen in order to improve the property. |
